Effect Observation of Reduning Combined with Bacillus Coagulans in the Treatment of Infants′Viral Enteritis

Abstract：Objective To explore Reduning combined with Bacillas Coagulans ( BC ) in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis.Methods 131 cases with VE were randomly selected as the research object.And they were randomly divided into observation group (66 cases) and the control group (65 cases).The control group was treated with Reduning , and based on this, the control group was treated with BC.Results The rate of patients who returned to the normal temperature in the observation was 80.30%, and that was significantly higher than 49.23% in the observation group.The diarrhea rate in the observation group was 18.18%, and that was significantly lower than 35.38%in the control group.There was statistical significance ( P<0.05 ).Return to the normal tempreture , the recovery of diarrhea and the recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group .There statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion In the treatment of VE infants with reduning combined with BC , antidiarrheal time and temperature recovery time is short , and the curative effect is remarkable with high safety.So it is worth promoting.
