Diag nostic Value of Breast Magnetic Resonance I maging for BI -RADS Non -calcified Malignan t Breast Lseions with Mammography

Abstract：Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of breast magnetic resonance imaging for BI -RADS non-calcified malignant breast lesions with mammography.Methods The MRI examination was performed in all 76 cases of breast mammography non -calcified malignant breast lesions , and the results were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of breast MRI ( 98.68%) for detecting non -calcified malignant breast lesions was higher than mammography (46.06%), with statistical significance (χ2 =42.07, P<0.05).Conlcu sion MRI has the obvious advantages for diagnosis of non -calcified malignant breast lesions , and provides more accurate imaging reference.
