Clinical Research of Bushenjianpihuoxue Granule Combined with Western Medicine on the Treatment of Early Onset of Severe Preeclampsia

Abstract：Objective To analyze curative effect of Bushenjianpihuoxue granule combined with western medicine on the treatment of early onset of severe preeclampsia.Methods Patients with early onset of severe preeclampsia were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group were treated by Bushenjianpihuoxue granule combined with magnesium and other western medicine .The control group were treated only by magnesium and other western medicine.Blood pressure , 24 -hour urinary protein excretion and the time of prolonged gestational age were measured.Results Blood pressure descended , 24 -hour urinary protein excretion reduced significantly and the gestational age increased in treatment group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Bushenjianpihuoxue granule combined with magnesium and other western medicine on the treatment of early onset of severe preeclampsia has significant effect , its mechanism may be related with nourishing kidney , tonifying spleen , tranquilizing and allaying excitement , promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis , to improve the patients′hypercoagulable states and reduce complications.
