Abstract：Drug treatment of endocrine therapy for breast cancer is the important and main component of comprehensive treatment of hormone dependent breast cancer.Endocrine drugs estrogen receptor modulators , aromatase inhibitor and ovarian ablation drugs are the main components of the endocrine therapy for breast cancer.Drug treatment of encocrine therapy for breast cancer is summarized and several suggestions are proposed.
