Effect Analysis of High Vaginal Uterosacral Ligament Suspension in the Treatment of the Severe Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of high vaginal uterosacral ligament suspension ( HUS) in the treatment of the severe pelvic organprolapse.Methods 80patientswithseverepelvicorganprolapseweredividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup.The laparoscopy uterosacral ligament suspension was used in the control group , and HUS was used in the observation group.The differences of clinical effect , operation degree , the incidence of complications and the life quality between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect and operation degree in the objective group were better than that in the control group .The incidence of complications of the objective group was lower than the ones of control group.The life quality of the observation group was better , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion High vaginal uterosacral ligament suspension would get a satisfactory effect in the treatment of the severe pelvic or -gan prolapse , with better clinical effect , less complications and higher level of life quality.
