Experience in Using Leica CM 1900 Low Temperature Cryostat Microtome
Abstract：Objective To investigate the right usage , maintenance and disinfection of Leica CM 1900 low temperature cryostat micro-tome.Methods Through the practice of Leica CM 1900 low temperature cryostat microtome , summing up the key points of maintenance and disinfection of frozen section technique , low temperature cryostat microtome.Results The correct and standard operation ice freezing microtome section can improve the quality and shorten the slicing process.Conclusion The correct use and daily maintenance can effec-tively reduce and prevent machine failure , and it is the effective guarantee to get high quality section.
