Analysis of the Characteristics of Many Biochemical Criterions in Patients with Premature Coronary Heart Disease of Different Genders
Abstract:Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and patterns of risk factors in patients of different genders with premature coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 332 patients with premature coronary heart disease were divided into female group (n=147) and male group (n=185).Collecting their clinical data and venous blood without food in admission within 24h.Writing down the values of blood glucose records ( GLU) ,total cholesterol ( TC) ,triglyceride ( TG) ,high density lipoprotein ( HDL-C) ,low-den-sity lipoprotein protein (LDC),apolipoprotein A (APOA),apolipoprotein B (APOB),lipoprotein a (LP (a)),fibrinogen (FG),D-Di-mer (DD),the total bilirubin (TBIL) and uric acid (UA).Results The cultural level, the average monthly income, the history of hyper-tension,the CHD family history, overweight (BMI>=24) and the history of smoking and drinking in male group were higher than those in female group ( P<0.05 ).The levels of total cholesterol ,high density lipoprotein ,low density lipoprotein ,apolipoprotein A ,fibrinogen and D-Dimer in female group were higher than those in male group , but the triglycerides level , total bilirubin level and uric acid level were significantly lower than theirs ( P <0.05 ).The levels of blood glucose , apolipoprotein B , lipoprotein ( a ) in two groups showed no significant difference in statistics ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion Most of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with premature coronary heart disease are different in different genders. It is necessary to assess the overall cardiovascular risk in middle -aged crowd, and take a compre-hensive individualized interventions to reduce future cardiovascular the risk of adverse events .
