Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Gel in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

Abstract：Objective To study clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel treatment for chronic cervicitis .Methods 120 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomized into control group ( gel matrix) and observation group ( recombinant human interferon α-2b gel).The clinical efficacy, clinical pathological features improvement and adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared . Results Compared with control group , the total effective rate significantly increased .The effective treatment rate of the clinical pathologi-cal features was obviously increased in observation group with no obvious adverse reaction , P<0.05.Conclusion The recombinant human interferon α-2b gel treatment for chronic cervicitis has significant efficacy and high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion .
