Contrastive Analysis of Urine Analyzer and the Way of Urinary Sediment Microscopy Urine Test

Abstract：Objective To compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of urine analyzer and the way of urinary sediment mi -croscopy urine test .Methods Using urine analyzer and urine sediment microscopic examination to evaluate the urine white blood cell (WBC), occult blood BLD and protein (PRO) levels.Results Though the detection of examination of urinary sediments , there were 36 normal cases, and the false positive rate was 15.2%.In the detection result of urine analyzer , there were 63 feminine gender cases. Through detection , there were 8 abnormal cases , and the false negative rate was 12 .7%.Conclusion Through the detection way of urine analyzer, the positive rate is higher.Therefore, microscopic examination should be chosen according to the actual demand .
