Influence of PIH Circadian Rhythm of Blood Pressure Changes on Prognosis
Abstract：Objective To study the relationship between blood pressure and the recent changes in rhythm with PIH prognosis .Methods Collecting 155 PIH cases.Each patient underwent continuous 24-hour blood pressure monitoring , with record once every four hours . According to the circadian rhythm of the patients , they were divided into appear and disappear groups , with significant statistical prognosis difference.Results Good prognosis in the circadian rhythm group was superior to the rhythm disappear group (P<0.01).Conclusion There may be changes in circadian rhythm early prediction of PIH prognosis .
