Application of Damage Control Surgery on Serious Abdominal Injury

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic value of damage control surgery on serious abdominal injury .Methods 34 serious abdominal patients were remedy of DCS from August , 2009 to June, 2013.The body temperature, pH, lactate levels and PT values were compared before and after resuscitation .The recover condition was also observed .Results The body temperature , pH, lactate levels and PT values were improved obviously .There was significance difference between them , P <0.05.All the patients received determinacy operation and 29 of them cured, and the cure rate was 85.29%.But 5 of them died, and the mortality was 14.71%.Conclusion Damage control surgery has excellent therapeutic effect on serious abdominal injury and is worth popularizing .
