Observation on the Effect of Prostaglandin El Treatment in Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of prostaglandin El treatment in pulmonary heart disease with heart failure . Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into control group ( 30 cases ) with routine therapy and experimental group ( 30 cases ) with prostaglandin El based on routine treatment .Results After one period of treatment , the value of PaO 2 in experimental group was increased significantly, whereas PaCO2 value decreased significantly .The pulmonary artery systolic pressure ( PASP ) in experimental group significantly decreased and cardiac index ( CI) significantly increased compared with control group .Conclusion Prostaglandin El was obvi-ously beneficial to the treatment of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure .
