Study of Prediction of Pre-eclampsia by the Doppler Ultrasound of Uterine Arteries in Middle-late Pregnancy
Abstract:Objective To study the prediction value of pre -eclampsia by the Doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries in the middle -late pregnancy.Methods 60 pregnant women were divided into the pre -eclampsia group(PE group, 28 cases), hypertensive disorder compli-cating pregnancy group( HDCP group, 32 cases) and control group(30 cases).The doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries was used in the all pregnant women , and the results were compared among the three groups .Results The PI and RI of the PE group were higher than that in the HDCP group and control group .The Apgar degree and the birth weight of the PE group were lower than that in the HDCP group and control group with statistical meaning ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use Doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries in the prediction of pre -eclampsia in middle-late pregnancy .
