Abstract：Through the retrospective analysis of epithelial -mesenchymal transition (EMT), the relationship of epithelial -mesenchy-mal transition , interstitial epithelial transformation and hepatic fibrosis -renal tubular ectasia syndrome and liver cancer stem cells transition is explored , to find the related gene , antibody markers and the key pathway .This not only does favor on the diagnosis of hepatocellular caricinoma in installment , and does hint on post -diagnosis to find out the research direction of liver cancer diagnosis and treatment .
