Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical study on exploring stratified nursing intervention strategies for patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage based on Snyder's Hope Theory. Methods A total of 130 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to a tertiary Grade A hospital in Yantai from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group(n=65)and an observation group(n=65)the random number table method. The control group received routine clinical nursing, while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the stratified nursing intervention based on Snyder's Hope Theory. The hope level, coping style,self-care ability, blood pressure, disability degree, and activities of daily living of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of hope level, positive coping,self-care ability, and Barthel Index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001),while the scores of negative coping style, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and modified Rankin Scale were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The stratified nursing intervention strategy for patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage based on Snyder's hope theory can serve as a feasible plan for the continuous"psychological-behavioral-self-management"care of such patients. Its effect can be achieved by enhancing goal orientation, pathway and motivation thinking, and promoting positive coping and rehabilitation participation, thereby bringing positive significance to the overall prognosis.
