Abstract:Objective The study aimed to systematically review the application status of digital intelligence technology in the out-of-hospital weight management of chronic heart failure(CHF)patients,to provide references for clinical practice. Methods Based on the framework of scoping review, the study searched multiple databases, including The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PubMed,Embase, and Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database, the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 25,2025.Conducted literature search by combining topic words and free words with Boolean logic words. Two researchers independently screened and extracted features from the included literature, analyzed and summarized intervention tools, intervention processes, intervention effects, etc. Results Finally,10 articles were included, including 5 randomized controlled trials and 5 quasi experimental studies.Inclusion of literature analysis on out-of-hospital weight management intervention tools, processes, content, and effects for patients with CHF were driven by digital intelligence. Conclusion The digital intelligence technology demonstrates significant potential in optimizing out-of-hospital weight management for CHF patients by improving compliance and management efficiency, and it is an important path to innovate CHF management models. In the future,it is necessary to deepen research and practice in core module standardization, aging design, and human-machine collaborative integration.
