SWOT Analysis of Part-time Nurse as a Strategy to Address Nursing Workforce Shortages

Abstract：As an important supplement to diversified nursing practice formats,part-time nursing has gradually gained attention in addressing nursing workforce shortages.Using SWOT analysis,the paper systematically analyzes the part-time nursing practice form from four aspects:strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,and proposes suggestions in terms of law education,organizational culture,and multidisciplinary collaboration aspects.It is the aim of providing reference for optimizing the allocation of nursing human resource,and making nursing management decisions,promoting the improvement of nursing servise quality and efficiency.
