Abstract:Objective To construct a nursing quality evaluation indicator system for the treatment cycle of cervical cancer patients, and provide operable and quantifiable criteria for clinical nursing quality monitoring and management. Methods Based on Donabedian's"Structure-Process-Outcome"three-dimensional quality evaluation model as the theoretical framework, the study employed literature analysis, expert group interviews, expert consultation, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to select indicators, determine their weights,so as to establish the nursing quality evaluation indicator system for the treatment cycle of cervical cancer patients. Results The final nursing quality evaluation system for the treatment cycle of cervical cancer patients included 3 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators, and 42 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation indicator system for the treatment cycle of cervical cancer patients is scientific, reliable, and comprehensive, with strong relevance to current needs and specific applicability to the field. It can provide a reference for developing a comprehensive health service system for the entire treatment cycle of cervical cancer rehabilitation.
