Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of pain trajectory-based precision nursing intervention on children with patellar dislocation during arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment. Methods A total of 98 children with patellar dislocation who received treatment in a hospital from January 1,2023 to December 30,2024 were selected and randomized into experimental group(n=49,receiving routine nursing and pain trajectory-based precision nursing intervention)and control group(n=49,receiving routine nursing). The degree of pain, compliance with postoperative rehabilitation exercises, postoperative recovery situation, incidence of postoperative complications, and parental satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The time points of pain scores and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the experimental group at 2~3 hours after surgery and 20 minutes before the early functional exercise were lower than those of the control group, and the compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group had longer active functional exercise time,24-hour sleep time, and the time firstly spent getting out of bed.The incidence of postoperative complications was lower, and the parental satisfaction in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain trajectory-based precision nursing intervention can reduce the degree of postoperative pain in children with patellar dislocation, improve the compliance of functional exercise, promote the postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, and enhance the parental satisfaction, and can be widly used in clinic.
