Abstract:Objective To understand the application status of evidence related to exercise compliance in patients after interventional surgery for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and to analyze the obstacle factors and promoting factors,so as to provide reference for the clinical transformation of evidence. Methods Through the summary of previous literature,19 pieces of evidences were included and 20 review indicators were formulated.Based on clinical baseline review, the obstacles factors were analyzed and the corresponding reform strategies were formulated. Results Among the 20 review indicators, the implementation rate of 14 of them was less than 60%.The main obstacle factors included the lack of standardized assessment tools and specific regulations and procedures in the department, the failure of medical staff to promptly update their evidence-based knowledge, insufficient attention to the exercise compliance of patients after interventional surgery for lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusion, and the absence of corresponding incentive measures. Conclusion There is a significant gap between the best evidence regarding exercise compliance in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusion and the current clinical nursing practice.A comprehensive and scientific assessment of the obstacles and facilitators in clinical practice should be conducted, and corresponding transformation strategies should be formulated. It can effectively promote the application of evidence in clinical settings.
