Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of medication disorder of immunosuppressants in renal transplant recipients, and to analyze the obstacles and promoting factors of immunosuppressive agents in renal transplant recipients,so as to provide reference for re-ducing the occurrence of medication disorders. Methods A total of 178 kidney transplant recipients in the Department of Nephrology of a Xinjiang Hospital were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.Self-designed general demographic information ques-tionnaire,Chinese Version of Immunosuppressant Medication Disorder Scale and Theoretical Domain Framework Questionnaire of Medication Disorder in renal transplant recipients were used to investigate.Univariate and multivariate linear regression analyses were used to analyze the barriers and promoting factors of immunosuppressant medication disorder in renal transplant recipients. Results The Immunosuppressant Therapy Barrier Scale score of 178 kidney transplant recipients was(28.98±7.05).There were differences in the level of immunosuppressant medication disorder in renal transplant recipients with different ages, educational levels and time after renal transplantation(P<0.05).Multi-variate linear regression analysis showed that the higher the level of emotion, feedback and influence(drug side effects)in the promoting fac-tors,the higher the level of immunosuppressant medication disorder(β>0).The higher the level of knowledge and skills, medication intention,self-efficacy,perceived behavioral control(identity),social support, environment and subjective norms of renal transplant recipients, the low-er the level of immunosuppressive medication disorder(β<0).Conclusion There is a moderate level of immunosuppressive medication disor-der in kidney transplant recipients, which is mainly affected by age, education level, transplantation time, knowledge and skills, medication in-tention,self-efficacy,perceived behavior control, feedback and influence, and emotion.Medical staff should pay attention to the relevant influ-encing factors, and formulate effective intervention programs accordingly to reduce the level of immunosuppressive medication disorder,so as to improve the medication compliance of renal transplant recipients.
