Abstract:Objective To establish the implementation effectiveness of the "One-Stop" service model in the pan-vascular disease management center. Methods Using a stratified sampling method,a total of 342 patients from the Pan-Vascular Management Center(PVMC)outpatient clinic(observation group)and 415 patients from traditional specialty clinics(cardiovascular medicine, neurology, and endocrinology)during the same period(control group)were selected as study subjects in March,May,and August,2023.Parameters com-pared between the two groups included examination waiting time, patient satisfaction, and follow-up management outcomes. Results Patients in observation group demonstrated significantly shorter examination completion waiting times for vascular ultrasound, echocardiography, and e-lectrocardiogram compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also reported significantly higher satisfaction levels regarding consultation environment, service attitude, waiting time, and process efficiency than the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group achieved intelligent profiling and follow-up for outpatients, whereas the control group did not implement comparable follow-up manage-ment.Conclusion The PVMC"One-Stop" service model demonstrates distinct advantages over traditional outpatient care models.By integra-ting multidisciplinary resources and implementing closed-loop information management,it significantly enhances service efficiency and improves patient experience, offering a novel approach for managing outpatients with pan-vascular diseases.
