Abstract:Objective To explore the development trajectory of ICU nurses'presenteeism behavior and its influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select ICU nurses working in three hospitals from April 2023 to January 2024 as the subjects. The General Information Questionnaire,Stanford Presenteeism Scale,Sub-health Measurement Scale,Team Presenteeism Climate Questionnaire,Nurse Job Stressor Scale, and The Nursing Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were used for data collection.Latent growth mixture modeling(LGMM)was employed to identify the developmental trajectories of presenteeism behavior among ICU nurses. Results The devel-opment trajectory of ICU nurses'presenteeism behavior was divided into two potential categories:high presenteeism behavior continued group(86.73%)and moderate presenteeism behavior increased group(13.27%).Logistic regression analysis showed that having children to care, long cumulative working hours,sub-health status, and high work stress were the risk factors of ICU nurses'presenteeism(P<0.05).Conclusion There is population heterogeneity in ICU nurses'presenteeism behavior, with the high presenteeism level group being the pre-dominant subgroup.Different factors exert differential influence on the trajectory of ICU nurses'presenteeism behavior.Nursing managers should prioritize monitoring the ICU nurses'presenteeism and develop targeted intervention strategies to mitigate its prevalence.
