Construction of perioperative nursing-sensitive outcomes indicator system for liver transplant recipients that based on nursing outcome classification

Abstract：Objective To construct a scientific,comprehensive,and practical perioperative sensitive indicator system of nursing out-come for liver transplant recipients.Methods Based on the nursing outcomes classification,a preliminary pool of sensitivity indicators was developed through literature review,clinical investigation,and group discussions.It followed by a three-round Delphi study involving 15 ex-perts to established the indicator system.Results The expert authority coefficients of three rounds were 0.890,0.910 and 0.910.The Kendall's coordination coefficient of three rounds were 0.391,0.423 and 0.450(all P＜0.001).Finally,the indicator system of perioperative nursing sen-sitivity outcome for liver transplant recipients was established,which included 5 first-level items,19 second-level items and 66 third-level items.Conclusion The sensitivity outcome indicator system for perioperative nursing of liver transplant recipients established is scientifically sound,comprehensive in coverage,and demonstrates strong practical utility.Furthermore,the Analytic Hierarchy Process employed for weigh-ting the indicators of each item is reasonable.The system offers valuable reference for evaluating nursing quality,enhancing nursing manage-ment,and improving the well-being of perioperative patients.
