Abstract:Objective To understand the current status of perceived risk of recurrence and its influencing factors in patients with is-chemic stroke,so as to provide a reference for clinical nurses to formulate targeted intervention measures. Methods A survey was conducted on a total of 202 patients with ischemic stroke using the general information questionnaire,Stroke Recurrence Risk Perception Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients,Stroke Knowledge Questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Social Support Rating Scale, and Brief Illness Perception Questionaire. Results The score of the recurrence risk perception in patients with ischemic stroke was(40.26±4.29).Based on risk perception scores,48.51%(98 cases)of patients were classified into the low recurrence risk perception group and 51.49%(104 cases)into the high recurrence risk perception group. The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level, medical pay-ment method, history of stroke, stroke health knowledge, psychological resilience, and illness perception were significant influencing factors for the perception of recurrence risk in patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion The perception of recurrent risk in patients with is-chemic stroke is at a relatively high level.Nursing staff should formulate intervention measures according to the individual differences of pa-tients,and provide technical and emotional support to further improve the accuracy of patients'perception of recurrent risk.
