Abstract:Objective To investigate the family resilience among caregivers of children with malignant bone tumors and analyze its in-fluencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select a total of 135 primary caregivers of children with malignant bone tumors who were hospitalized in a Shanghai Hospital from September 2023 to April 2024 and met the inclusion criteria as the research sub-jects.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire, shortened Chinese version of the family resilience assess-ment scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,10 item Conner Davidson Resilience Scale, and Zarit Burden Interview. Results The score of family resilience of caregivers of children with malignant bone tumors was(92.93±13.46)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether the child had limb salvage, the marital status of the caregiver, the educational level, the perceived social support, the psychological re-silience and the caregiver burden were the influencing factors of the resilience of caregivers of malignant bone tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience of caregivers of children with malignant bone tumors is at a low level.Nursing staff should pay more atten-tion to the families of children with amputation, caregivers who are divorced or have a low education level.Timely assessment of caregivers'psychological resilience and facilitating access to social support are crucial to reduce caregiver burden and enhance family resilience.
