Abstract：Pulmonary tuberculosis is highly infectious and has a long course of treatment.The high cost of treatment and nursing and the reduction of income lead to the increase of Financial toxicity of patients,which seriously affects their quality of life and mental health,and ur-gently needs social attention and support.The paper analyzes the research status of economic toxicity among pulmonary tuberculosis patients from both objective and subjective perspectives.It reviews the influencing factors of economic toxicity in pulmonary tuberculosis patients from multiple angles,including demographics,disease and treatment,and social factors.Furthermore,it proposes future directions:strengthening health-seeking behavior and treatment adherence among pulmonary tuberculosis patients,improving the full-cycle cost management service model for pulmonary tuberculosis,and establishing a collaborative government-society support mechanism for pulmonary tuberculosis preven-tion and control.The aim is to help medical staff better understand the economic toxicity of tuberculosis and provide reference for future nursing research.
