Construction and application of an integrated management platform for regional medical nursing assistants

Abstract：Objective To construct and apply an integrated management platform for regional medical nursing assistants,in order to address the challenges faced in the management of medical nursing assistants in the Shanghai region.Methods Based on accumulated data in the management of medical nursing assistants.By establishing a research and development team for the medical nursing assistants management platform and adopting a multi-level architecture design,an integrated management platform for medical nursing assistants was built.Results An integrated management platform for medical nursing assistants was constructed,covering multiple functions such as training reg-istration and certification,certificate renewal registration and verification,and employment information registration.After the platform was offi-cially launched,it achieved efficient manag ement of information exchange between agencies and medical institutions,and standardized the management of training registration and certificate issuance for medical nursing assistants.Conclusion The construction and application of an integrated management platform for medical nursing assistants provide an effective solution for the standardized management of medical nurs-ing assistants in Shanghai.The platform will continue to optimize and upgrade,aiming to provide better and more efficient management and service support for the healthcare industry in Shanghai.
