Abstract:Objective Based on three-dimensional quality model, the quality evaluation index system for the downward allocation of high-quality nursing resources in coronary heart disease(CHD)management within medical alliances was constructed,in order to standard-ize the downward flow of high-quality nursing resources within the medical alliance and meet the continuous care needs of patients with CHD.Methods The initial draft of the index system was developed through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews and group meetings. The quality evaluation index system for the downward allocation of high-quality nursing resources in CHD management within medical alliances and the weights of indicators at each level were determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. Results The expert enthusiasm of the two rounds of correspondence were both 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.870 and 0.894,respectively.The Kendall's W coefficients of concordance were 0.154 and 0.150(P<0.01),respectively.The final evaluation index system comprised 3 first-level indica-tors,12 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators. Conclusion Based on multiple methods, the evaluation index system for the downward allocation of high-quality nursing resources in CHD management within medical alliances is scientific and reliable, providing a ref-erence for the evaluation and improving its nursing quality.
