Construction of perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicators for transcatheter aortic valve replacement

Abstract：Objective To establish an evaluation indicator system of perioperative nursing quality for transcatheter aortic valve replace-ment,and to provide a standard and quantifiable basis for nursing managers to monitor and evaluate perioperative nursing quality.Methods The study was conducted based on the three-dimensional quality model of Donabedian"structure-process-result",the draft of perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator of transcatheter aortic valve replacement was formulated by literature analysis and group dis-cussions.Finally,the evaluation indicator system and the weight of each index were finally determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,and the subjective weighting method was used to assign values to the tertiary indicators.Results Three rounds of expert consultations were conducted,the expert authority coefficients were 0.884,0.880 and 0.880,Kendall's coefficient of concordance were 0.113,0.239 and 0.316(P＜0.05).The final evaluation indicator system of perioperative nursing quality for transcatheter aortic valve replacement included 3 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators and 55 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system of perioperative nursing quality for transcatheter aortic valve replacement is scientific and reliable,which can provide scientific reference for perioperative nursing quality evaluation of transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
