Preliminary exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing construction plan for regional medical centers

Abstract：Objective To explore the construction of national regional medical centers with traditional Chinese medicine nursing content,in response to the medical development requirements of equal emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine.Methods In the initial stage of constructing the national regional medical centers,a Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing construction team was formed,and a "three transfers,three extensions,and one integration" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing construction plan was developed,using theoretical examinations and operational assessments to evaluate the capabilities of members of the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing spe-cialist team.Results After the implementation of the "three transfers,three extensions,and one integration" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing construction plan,the project hospital established a Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing management organization,formed a Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine nursing specialist group and established rules and regulations.Two Chinese medicine nursing techniques were carried out.The Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing theoretical level and operational skills of the members of the Traditional Chinese Medicine nurs-ing specialist group were significantly improved(t=0.011,0.005,P＜0.05)and the regional radiation power was significantly improved.The exporting hospital and the supporting hospital cooperated to carry out 1 Traditional Chinese Medicine popular science lecture,2 rural free clin-ics,1 online Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing ward round and discussion of difficult cases,jointly applied for and obtained approval for a Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Administration project.The two hospitals cooperated to carry out 1 new technology each,and the supporting hospital completed 1 cross-sectional survey and quality analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing.Conclusion The"three transfers,three extensions,and one integration" Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing construction plan effectively integrates Chinese medicine nursing resources,promotes the development of Chinese medicine nursing connotations,and facilitates collaborative win-win outcomes.
