Summary of the best evidence of whole-course health education for ischemic stroke patients

Abstract：Objective To search,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the whole-course health education of patients with is-chemic stroke.Methods By used evidence-based methods to retrieved evidence related to health education for ischemic stroke patients from domestic and foreign guideline websites,relevant association websites and databases.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the da-tabase to October 31,2024.Two researchers were jointly responsible for evidence extraction,quality assessment and summarization of the in-cluded literature.Results A total of 13 articles were included,all of which were guidelines,and 34 pieces of best evidence were formed three aspects:stroke emergency,stroke treatment and secondary prevention.Conclusion The study summarizes the best evidence for whole-course health education for ischemic stroke patients,which is comprehensive and scientific.It suggests that evidence application personnel select evi-dence based on patient characteristics and clinical environment for health management,improve patient compliance behavior,and promote pa-tient prognosis.
