Abstract:Objective To develop a nursing quality evaluation index system for fall prevention care in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD),guide the formulation of targeted intervention measures, and reduce fall risk, aiming to provide a scientific basis for the evaluating and improving clinical nursing quality. Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model(structure-process-outcome),the in-itial draft of nursing quality evaluation index system for fall prevention care was constructed by literature analysis and semi-structured inter-view.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation to refine the index system. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to assign the weights of each index, culminating in the final evaluation index system. Results In the two rounds of expert correspondence, the effective response rates were 86.67%and 100.00%,with the expert authority coefficients were 0.767 and 0.830,respec-tively.The Kendall's W coefficients of the overall index were 0.406 and 0.308(P<0.01),respectively.The coefficient of variation for the over-all index were 0.166 and 0.115,respectively.The final evaluation index system included 3 primary indexes,9 secondary indexes and 36 tertiary indexes. Conclusion The evaluation index system of fall prevention nursing quality for PD patients is scientific and clinically practical. It ena-bles quantitative evaluation to guide the optimization of ward resource allocation,high-risk link intervention, and nursing process improvement, promotes the standardization of PD nursing quality management, and provides a monitoring tool for fall prevention quality for nursing managers.
