Development of a standardized process management index system for outpatient bladder instillation

Abstract:Objective To develop and evaluate a standardized process management index system for outpatient bladder instillation and guide clinical nursing practices.Methods The initial draft of standardized process management framework for outpatient bladder instillation was developed through semi-structured interviews and literature review.The final evaluation index system was determined by the Delphi meth-od,involving two rounds of expert consultations with medical and nursing professionals.Results The expert positive coefficients of two rounds both were 100%.The coefficients of expert authority were 0.858 and 0.913,respectively.The final evaluation index system for standardized process management on outpatient bladder instillation included 3 first-level,10 second-level,and 50 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system for standardized process management for outpatient bladder instillation is scientific,comprehensive and practical,which can provide a reference for the treatment and nursing of bladder instillation in outpatient settings.
