Abstract:Objective To investigate the latent profile of social isolation on bladder cancer patients undergoing urinary diversion with abdominal stoma and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to selected a total of 150 postopera-tive patients discharged from a Hospital in Xinjiang from November 2023 to January 2024.The patients were assessed by used the general information questionnaire,General Isolation Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale, and Social Dysfunction Screening Scale. The latent profile analysis was used to identified the categories and characteristics of social isolation, while univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regres-sion were employed to examined the influencing factors of different latent profiles. Results The 3 latent profiles of social isolation were iden-tified among bladder cancer patients with urinary diversion through abdominal stoma:low-level(34.10%),moderate-level(32.57%),and high-level(33.33%)groups.The Logistic regression analysis showed that education level, monthly postoperative income, living arrangement,self-efficacy,and social participation were significant influencing factors of postoperative social isolation(P<0.05).Conclusion Bladder cancer patients undergoing urinary diversion with abdominal stoma experience 3 distinct categories of social isolation.Nursing staff should de-velop targeted, multidimensional interventions based on different latent profiles and their major influencing factors to reduce social isolation in these patients.
