Abstract：As an innovative technology-driven nursing model in the new era,intelligent nursing demonstrates unique advantages.The paper examines the current applications and multidimensional benefits of artificial intelligence(AI)in nursing,analyzes the ethical,legal,and technical challenges of smart nursing,and proposes solutions from three perspectives:policy and regulatory refinement,technological innova-tion and optimization,and the integration of humanistic care.The aim is to promote the sustainable development of AI in nursing and achieve a harmonious fusion of intelligent empowerment and humanistic guardianship,ultimately delivering more compassionate and patient-centered care services.
