Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of workplace social capital and clinical sense of belonging among nursing staff undergoing standardized training, analyze the relationship between them, and provide a reference for nursing managers to construct a rea-sonable standardized training program. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, from October to November 2023,a total of 247 nursing staff undergoing standardized training in 3 Class III Grade A hospitals in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province were surveyed by u-sing the General Information Questionnaire, the Workplace Social Capital Scale, and the Clinical Sense of Belonging Scale. Results The total score of workplace social capital of nursing staff undergoing standardized training was(31.55±5.02),and the total score of clinical sense of belonging was(126.32±21.66).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between them(r=0.350,P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that clinical sense of belonging was a predictor of workplace social capital, which could independently explain 5.9%of the variance of workplace social capital of nursing staff undergoing standardized training. Conclusion The workplace social capital of nursing staff undergoing standardized training is closely related to their clinical sense of belonging.Nursing managers can formulate plans and develop targeted measures to accelerate the integration of nursing staff undergoing standardized training into the department collec-tive and the work environment, improve their workplace social capital and clinical sense of belonging, and promote the steady development of the nursing talent team.
