Abstract：In March 2024,the Chinese Society of Research Hospitals issued the group standard of The Application of Five Element Music Therapy in Nursing(T/CRHA036-2024).For the first time,the standard comprehensively and systematically specifies the application of five element music therapy,including basic requirements,selection of five element music,operational guidelines,and health guidance.The group standard provides a compliance basis for nursing staff to effectively utilize five element music therapy,thereby enhancing the quality and effi-ciency of clinical nursing practices.The paper aims to assist nurses in comprehensively understanding and implementing the group standard,thereby facilitating the widespread application of five element music therapy in clinical nursing.It provides a detailed interpretation of the standard content,outlines the background,development process,and methodology of the group standard,and offers specific recommendations for its practical application.
