Abstract:Objective To construct a scientific, specialized and comprehensive nutritional evaluation system for postoperative chemo-therapy patients with colorectal cancer based on Omaha System. Methods Based on the Omaha problem classification subsystem,a prelimi-nary evaluation system for nutritional problems was formulated by literature analysis, qualitative interviews and group discussions.Delphi meth-od was used to conduct the two rounds of correspondence consultations. The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each index. Results In the two rounds of expert correspondence, the positive coefficients was 100.00%,the authority coefficients were 0.885 and 0.910,respectively,Kendall's W of experts in the first round was 0.221,0.167 and 0.436,and that of experts in the second round was 0.322,0.229 and 0.460,(all P<0.05),CR(check consistency)<0.1.The weight distribution of indicators at all levels was acceptable, and the eval-uation system for nutritional problems in patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy included 4 primary indexes,18 secondary indexes, and 46 tertiary indexes. Conclusion The evaluation system of nutritional problems in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer is scientific, reliable and comprehensive. The weight allocation of indicators at all levels is reasonable, which clearly defines the focus of nutritional problems evaluation in the system. It can guide the nutritional problems evaluation and provide basis for the development of person-alized nutrition management plans.
