The study on application of Satir Therapy Model in nursing interventions for the rehabilitation of stroke patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Satir Therapy Model in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients.Methods A total of 197 stroke patients admitted to the brain center of a hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Totally,99 patients in control group received routine clinical nurs-ing,and 98 patients in observation group received Satira Treatment Model intervention on the basis.Fatigue,pain,sleep,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results One and three months after intervention,the scores of fa-tigue,pain,sleep,anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Sat-ya Treatment Mode can improve the distress of the fatigue-pain-sleep-anxiety and depression of stroke patients,and provides a new idea and effective path for the overall rehabilitation of stroke patients.
