Study on the current situation and latent profile analysis of cardiovascular specialist nurses'work immersion

Abstract：Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of work immersion of cardiovascular specialist nurses.Methods A total of 254 cardiovascular specialist nurses from ten hospitals were investigated by general information questionnaire,Work-re-lated Flow Inventory,Perceived Stress Scale and Conditions for Work Effectiveness Questionnaire.Unordered multicategory Logistic regression analysis and latent prolile analysis were used to explore the characteristics of potential categories and the influencing factors.Results The po-tential categories of cardiovascular specialist nurses work immersion were divided into 3 categories,low work immersed(16.54%),medium work immersed(45.67%)and high work immersed(37.80%).Logistic regression showed that working years,perceived pressure and work condition efficacy were the influencing factors(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The work immersion of cardiovascular specialist nurses can be divided into three poiential categores.Nursing managers should establish a diversified intervention system based on different influencing fac-tors to enhance their work immersion.
