Evaluation indicators of clinical competence for master of nursing specialist based on evidence-based nursing elements

Abstract：Objective To construct a scientific and practical evaluation index system of clinical competence of nursing professional master students based on evidence-based nursing elements.Methods On the basis of literature research and expert meeting,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted through the Delphi method to determine the evaluation index of clinical practice ability of nursing profes-sional degree graduate students.Results The response rate of two-round consultation were 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.896.Finally,evaluation indicators of clinical competence for master of nursing specialist based on evidence-based nursing included 6 primary indi-cators and 28 secondary indicators.Conclusion The content of evaluation indicators of clinical competence for master of nursing specialist based on evidence-based nursing is scientific,comprehensiveness and practicality,which can provide a basis for cultivating the clinical prac-tice ability of master of nursing specialist.
