Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect and feasibility of the standardized nursing evaluation index for critical and multiple based on Corrected Modified Early Warning Score. Methods By selecting a tertiary Class A hospital from October 2022 to Septem-ber 2024 admitted 106 cases of critical trauma patients as the research objects, divided into observation group and control group. The control group consisted of 52 patients who received emergency care according to the routine emergency nursing process, while the observation group consisted of 54 patients who received treatment by using a standardized nursing evaluation index model based on Corrected Modified Early Warning Scores in conjunction with doctors on the basis of the control group nursing process. The differences in disease assessment time,dis-posal response speed, incidence of adverse events, trust in nurse patient relationships, and level of medical staff cooperation between the two groups of patients with multiple injuries were compared. Results The condition assessment time and disposal response speed of the observa-tion group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurse-patient relationship trust and medical cooperation level was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized nursing assessment indicators for critically ill multiple trauma patients based on the Corrected and Modified Early Warning Score have good application effects and feasibility. It is worthy of being widely promoted and applied in clinical practice to help improve the overall quality of medical care and bring better treatment outcomes for more critically ill multiple trauma patients.
