The application research of dietary behavior intervention program that based on Fogg behavior model in blood phosphorus management on peritoneal dialysis patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the dietary behavior intervention scheme that based on Fogg behavior model for peritoneal dialysis patients,and evaluate the clinical application effect.Methods A total of 184 patients with peritoneal dialysis from January to August 2024 and with long-term follow-up were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 92 pa-tients in each.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,the intervention group was treated with a 6-month dietary be-havior intervention program based on Fogg behavior model.The phosphorus control behavior,phosphorus intake standard,laboratory indicators and patient subjective symptoms were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the management be-havior of phosphorus control,the compliance rate of phosphorus intake,laboratory indexes and skin pruritus symptoms in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion The dietary behavior intervention program that based on Fogg behavior model can promote the change of blood phosphorus management behavior of patients,improve the blood phosphorus status of patients,and improve the dietary intake compliance of patients,which is of great significance for improving the therapeutic effect of peritoneal dialysis.
