Overview,hotspots and frontiers analysis of nursing economics research from 2010 to 2023

Abstract：Objective To provide a reference for the research of nursing economics in China by analyzing the research overview,hotspots,and frontiers of nursing economics from 2010 to 2023.Methods The literature on nursing economics published from January 1,2010,to December 31,2023,was retrieved from the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and the bibliometrics atlas was analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software.Results A total of 3 140 English literature and 1 522 Chinese literature were included.The quantity and growth rate of Chinese literature were lower than that of English literature.There was less cooperation between Chinese authors and institutions.Alleviating the shortage of nursing services was a research hotspot in nursing economics,but the emphasis of Chinese and English literature was different.The frontier of Chinese literature was Internet+nursing services,while that of English literature was prevention and public health.Conclusion The research content of English nursing economics literature is more extensive than that of Chinese literature.In the future,we should strengthen the research of nursing economics,draw lessons from international experience,and promote the development of the discipline of nursing economics in China.
