The summary of the best evidence for blood management on elderly patients with hip fracture

Abstract:Objective To retrieve,evaluate and extract the best evidence of blood management on elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods Followed with the"6S"evidence model,the relevant data and websites at home and abroad were searched in turn,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated,the evidence content of the same category were extracted and integrated.Results Finally,a total of 12 articles that included 4 guidelines,4 expert consensuses,and 4 systematic reviews were summarized 21 best evidences from 4 aspects which were blood management principles,preoperative blood management,intraoperative blood management,and postoperative blood management.Conclusion The summarized evidence on blood management on elderly patients with hip fracture can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical medical staff.It suggests that medical staff should apply evidence according to the actual clinical situation and help patients improve their prognosis and quality of life through scientific and standardized screening and management.
