Construction and application of phased multidisciplinary rehabilitation management program for patients with mechanical ventilation based on Time It Right

Abstract：Objective To explore the construction and application effects of a phased multidisciplinary rehabilitation management pro-gram for mechanically ventilated patients based on the Time It Right.Methods A total of 118 mechanically ventilated patients who admitted to a tertiary A hospital in Lu'an City from March 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 59 cases.The control group used conventional treatment,rehabilitation and nursing measures.The observa-tion group adopted a phased multidisciplinary rehabilitation management program for mechanically ventilated patients based on Time It Right.Finally,to compare the treatment effect,complication rate,hope level,and the quality of life between two groups.Results After intervention,the lung function and self-help ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.01),and the score of clinical pulmonary infection and mechanical ventilation time,and incidence of complication were significantly lower than those of control group(P＜0.01).Hope level and quality of life 3 months after discharge were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.001).Conclusion The phased multidisciplinary rehabilitation management program for mechanically ventilated patients based on Time It Right can improve therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of complications,promote physical and mental health,and improve quality of life.It is rec-ommended that clinicians should formulate targeted diagnosis and treatment,rehabilitation and care plans according to the different stages of the patients'conditions,and make use of the multidisciplinary collaboration platform to better help patients recover their health.
