Review of wish to die in patients with advanced cancer

Abstract：Wish to die generally exists in patients with advanced cancer,which seriously affects their life and quality of death.The paper summarizes the current research status of measurement tools,place of death preferences,influencing factors and intervention measures for ad-vanced cancer patients at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions such as introducing evaluation tools of wish to die in patients with advanced cancer,respecting patients'choice of death places,accelerating the development of hospice care and constructing an interven-tion plan of wish to die adapted to Chinese culture,so as to provide theoretical basis for medical staff to pay attention to wish to die in patients with advanced cancer.
