Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of enteral feeding intolerance in ICU patients with prone position ventilation, and to construct a prediction model. Methods A total of 200 ICU patients with prone position ventilation admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.According to whether the patients had feeding in-tolerance symptoms, they were divided into tolerance group(118 cases)and intolerance group(82 cases).Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of enteral feeding intolerance, and a nomogram model was constructed based on it.The area under the ROC curve was used to verify the prediction efficiency of the model. Results Enteral feeding intolerance occurred in 82 patients, with an in-cidence of 41.00%.Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus,intra-abdominal pressure, antibiotic application, serum potassi-um,unit feeding volume, serum albumin and APACHE II score were the influencing factors of enteral feeding intolerance in ICU patients with prone position ventilation. The area under the ROC curve was 0.852(95%CI∶0.797,0.881),the sensitivity was 0.810,and the specificity was 0.820.Conclusion Diabetes,intra-abdominal pressure, antibiotic application, serum potassium value, unit feeding volume and APACHE II score were all independent risk factors for enteral feeding intolerance in ICU patients with prone position ventilation, and serum albumin was an independent protective factor.Medical staff can provide individualized feeding intervention strategies for patients with prone position ventila-tion according to the constructed predictive risk model.
