Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of self-management of hypertensive patients contracted by community, and to provide reference for further improving the level of self-management of patients. Methods A total of 1 140 hypertensive patients were selected from 10 community health service centers in 6 administrative districts of Shenzhen City from January 2021 to December 2023.General information,self-management ability of hypertensive patients, attitude and belief in hypertension treatment were investigated by questionnaire. The status quo and influencing factors of self-management were analyzed. Results The self-management score of the hyperten-sion patients was(66.18±8.83),the score of treatment attitude and belief scores was(70.17±10.53).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of treatment attitude and belief were positively correlated with the score of self-management ability in community-contracted hypertension patients(r=0.490,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis further showed that gender, educational level, the history of hypertension, signing time with family doctor, treatment attitude and belief were the influential factors of self-management of com-munity hypertension patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There is still room for improvement in the self-management ability of hypertensive pa-tients who signed community contracts.Managers of primary healthcare institutions should evaluate the self-management status of patients based on their gender, educational level, the history of hypertension, signing time with family doctor, treatment attitude and beliefs, and adopt targeted intervention strategies to effectively improve patients'self-management ability.
